I’m so grateful for all the comments and participation here that I’ve been working at adding a good forum to the site!
Strike One
My attempt to get the forum working today was a fail. I’m experiencing technical issues: trouble integrating the forum with the membership management in wordpress… – so… I have to re-think how the forum will work together with the membership.
I’m being very careful about how I set up this forum for security reasons: I ran a runescape forum in the past – and it was getting very successful, but I just couldn’t keep up with the terrible spam…so I shut it down.
Details on the new forum soon!
It will be called “The Merchanters Lounge” – and Billionaires will be borne here.

I love the idea off the forums. It allows us to post and share more things, not just thoughts but maybe our own videos. I also love the videos, they are helpful beyond measure, they allow to see what Linkbuilder is talking about right then. Yes, you can still do this on a forum, but its not the same. You would not be able to get as good of a message across with just text and still pictures.
Fully agree with you. Didn’t you have moderators and administrators to deal with spam?

If i were you, i wouldnt be worrying about getting forums, just post vids of what people shud be merching
Thanks for the note Bob! Glad you like the videos! – but I’m NOT the richest Member on LumbridgeCity, and many people have different merchanting styles… the forum will be a gold mine of pure merchanting advice and I’m looking forward to it! My Favorite Bob Marley – Redemption Song.
I dont agree, the videos take a a longer time than i would hope for loading. The pages are slightly slow which isnt really a welcoming sight to a newcomer. The videos can wait, we need good forums. This page has trouble loading with google chrome.What we need is a well organised forums, where people can watch the videos without any problems. The videos can wait, we really dont need them due to such great oppertunities in merchenting. We want to give a positive impact when someone signs up. One thing i think should stay the same is the background, or else people will assume this is just another boring forum website.
Im curious, you said you had spam, didnt you have moderators and administrators to deal with this kind of thing?
