dont have any success stories just have some tips for new merchers, i make 1.2mil a day merching stable items. its actually amazingly easy. Some of the items i use are mith arrows and all god and trimmed armour (guth zam and sara (g) (t) ps: DONT BUY ANY OF THE NEW ARMOURS) anyway, lets take the rune (t) full helm, a very popular item, buy for 4-5k above lowest, and sell 4-5k below highest. there should be about 20-40k profit ea, for example i bought 20 yesterday, made a 31k profit off each, and bam 600k

Earlier today I earned the Long Term Doubler achievement on grandexchangecentral.com's Mock GE. For those of you who do not know what this mean: a Long Term Doubler is a reward given to someone who buys an item worth more than 10 gp. Then sell it 4+ weeks later for double the price it was when you bought it. This is the first reward I have ever gotten on the Mock GE, so I'm quite excited about it. Even more special is the fact Linkbuilder does not even have this achievement =p (but he defiantly deserves it.)

The actual story is not that exciting, but here it is. On November 17 I bought 7000 Uncut Emeralds, for a little over 13M, 1,886gp each. I bought then off the advice from Linkbuilder that they would be going up, and they had started to. 6 days later on the 23 I sold them because the price was taking a plunge. Nerves I was not planning to buy back into them. But in Linkbuilders next video he said that he suspected they would be going up still, probably to over 4k each, and that he himself was buying them. I decided to give it a shot and buy some more. On November 27 I bought another 3650 of then for 1,920gp each so for just over 7M, I was more hopeful because the price had started going up again. Over the next month the price continued to go up. It had its temporary drops in price, but I stuck with it. When Linkbuilder said that he thought they might crash soon, I still stuck with them, but with a little more cation. Then in Linkbuilders latest video he said that it would start making him really nervous to be holding them at this point. I myself had also started getting a little worried, especially after seeing what was happening to Rubes. I decided to sell all the uncut emeralds I had on my real Runescape account. But kept the ones on the Mock GE, trying to get a little more money, and because I new that I was going to earn the Long Term Doubler. I finally sold then today at 3,997 gp each, knowing I would have gotten the reward, and I did!

At the same time that all this was happening, I was doing the same with Cut Emeralds. Selling and buying them on all the same days. So I also could have gotten the achievement from them, I just happened to sell the Uncut Emeralds first. I did though relies later today, that if I had sold the Cut Emeralds about 4 days ago, I probably could have earned the Short Term Doubler as well, but to late not I guess =(. Also while trading them on the Mock GE, I was trading them basically the same on my real Runescape account, just in smaller amounts. But I owe it all to Linkbuilder and have to give him most the credit for my success =) thanks!

Well thats my story, sorry for it being a little long winded.

Hey, I'd like to thank you again for the videos you have supplied. I have learnt so much from this website in the duration of two days. I wanted to test some merching out, so i looked at some graphs on GEC, Seeing that Coal was rising, i thought i'd do a little test on the 21st Dec, Bought 2k Coal for the price of 231 GP ea (Just under the Mid) and i waited a day to se if the price would continue rising, and to my surprise it had! but looking at the 210 Duration graph, Coal is at is highest ever in that long, So i felt a little uneasy so i put the back into the GE at a price of 240 GP ea, They solt in a matter of minutes and i had 480K from it, meaning a small profit of 18K. It may not be "big" to allot of people, but it meant allot to me! And i'm looking for more items to do the same to.

All thanks to this website, I now have the knowledge to make my own money using the Grand Exchange.
I really can't thank you enough for the knowledge you share. Goodluck to you all! Oh, And Merry Christmas people!
