What market should it be?

definitely herbs because personally i have found more people working on herblaw than farming

I Agree, Herbs would be my choice.
Herbs
I would have to go with Herbs. They are used more in the game then seeds are because more people use potions and more people train herblore , especially now with the new potions. Also I agree with Ryan, most of the seeds that are sold a lot are worth great deal, while the herbs are bought and sold a lot more but don’t coat a great deal.

What do you mean by market? also I have a question, I was playing runescape and someone dropped a party hat when they died, and i picked it up. they are only worth about 200 gold pieces right?
